AIO, AEO, GEO Visibility & Optimization Report

Project summary: For this project, I helped develop an AIO, AEO, and GEO Visibility & Optimization Report analyzing how AI platforms interpret and present a client’s brand online. I researched how tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Grok source information about the business, with a specific focus on brand attribution accuracy and misinformation.

I evaluated the client’s website structure, service clarity, and brand listings to determine how well their owned content supports AI understanding and trust. A major part of the analysis involved identifying why certain AI platforms incorrectly associated the client with brands they do not carry, tracing these errors back to outdated third-party sources, directory listings, and historical references rather than the client’s own website.

Based on these findings, I contributed to strategic recommendations focused on strengthening the client’s official website as a clear “source of truth,” improving question-based content for Answer Engine Optimization, and reinforcing consistency across platforms that AI systems rely on. This report helped demonstrate how clarity, consistency, and structured content can reduce AI-driven misinformation while improving search visibility and recommendation confidence.

Proposal For A Financial Institution’s Ongoing Digital Marketing & Visibility Growth

Project Summary: For this project, I contributed to the development of a Digital Marketing & Visibility Growth Proposal outlining an ongoing strategy to support a client’s portfolio of businesses through long-term website optimization, search visibility, and digital maintenance.

I helped structure and refine the proposal to clearly communicate Kinetic’s strategic approach, process, and service offerings, translating technical and marketing capabilities into a client-facing document that emphasized return on investment and scalability. The proposal detailed Kinetic’s process framework and explained how this process would be applied to support consistent digital growth across multiple brands in their portfolio.

The scope included ongoing website maintenance, optimization planning, SEO support, and performance monitoring, with clearly defined protection and optimization plans tailored to evolving client needs. I assisted in organizing service explanations, outlining deliverables, and ensuring the proposal was easy to follow for non-technical stakeholders while still reflecting the depth of the agency’s technical expertise.

This project strengthened my experience in business proposal writing, strategic communication, and presenting complex digital services in a clear, professional format, reinforcing the importance of clarity and structure in client decision-making.

MORRIS AVENUE UPDATED WEBSITE

Project Summary: For this project, I contributed to content updates and website edits for the Morris Avenue page under the Historic Morris organization. The goal of the project was to ensure accurate information, consistent formatting, and a polished digital presence that aligned with the organization’s branding and community focus.

I edited and updated live website content to improve clarity, layout consistency, and overall presentation. This included refining text formatting, reviewing page structure, and ensuring visual alignment with the organization’s brand identity. Through these updates, I helped enhance user experience and maintain a professional, cohesive digital presence across the site.

AI-Assisted Web Automation Project

While working with Kinetic Communications, I built an automated contact form system to streamline how website inquiries are captured and organized. The objective was to eliminate manual data entry and create a more efficient, scalable workflow for managing incoming client leads.

Using Claude Code as an AI-assisted development tool, I wrote and refined automation scripts within Visual Studio Code, leveraging the Terminal to run, test, and debug the workflow in real time. The system monitors website form submissions and structures incoming data into a standardized contact list format, organizing fields such as name, email, company, and message for consistent internal tracking.
